Geek Version:

A refreshing, Hazy IPA with late edition lupulins: Mosaic, Palisade, Citra, and Ahtanum hops. Low bitterness with dry-hopped, citrusy flavor. Colorado Malting Co barley malt and local spelt grains (an ancient variety of wheat). Semi-turbid, low co-humulone hops for pleasant hop aroma.

Translation:

Light straw colored IPA with smooth low bitterness and hopped flavor. A dry, clean finish. Goes well with spicy pepperoni and cheese. Drinkable and a great entry to hoppiness, and maybe even beer happiness!
